As a user of the services provided by SixtyTon and its affiliates, it is your sole responsibility to make sure you are aware of these terms of service at all times. We reserve the right to modify our Services with, or without, notification to you. If you object to such changes, your sole recourse is to immediately discontinue the use of the Services. Continued use of the Services indicates your acknowledgement of the modifications and agreed to continue using the Services as provided.

Our Services are provided to all individuals at least 18 years of age. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. It is the members responsibility to cancel their membership by contacting Datapresser support before their next billing date. Refunds cannot be offered to members who forget to cancel their accounts before their billing date.

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions within the Privacy Policy. 11. Refund Policy

If you are in any way unsatisfied with Datapresser within the first 24 hours of your membership, you may request a full refund of your subscription fees. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to request a refund via email (contact@datapresser.com) within the first 24 hours of their first subscription payment. Refund requests received within the first 24 hours of a new membership will result in 100% of your subscription price being refunded with absolutely no questions asked.

12. Copyrights

This website contains material which is owned by us. This material includes, but is not limited to, aspects of the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions. To the best of our knowledge, all data offered through this website is free of copyright. That said, we make no express guarantee of your right to own, display or otherwise utilize the data as offered through Datapresser.com. The products offered through Datapresser are non-transferable. By utilizing data provided by Datapresser you are not granted the right to re-sell or otherwise profit directly from the re-distribution of said data in any way, shape or form. Those persons caught making unauthorized reproductions of our products, or otherwise distributing or utilizing our products in an unauthorized manner are hereby subject to fines up to $10,000.
